Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the Academy isn't what you expected, here's how refunds work.
One-time course purchases
Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 2 lessons in the course.
After 7 days, or after completing more than 2 lessons, refunds are not available. This policy reflects the digital nature of the content — once you have accessed the material, the value has been delivered.
To request a refund: email onyx@onyxperformancesystems.com within 7 days of purchase with your email address and the name of the course. We process refunds within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Course bundles
The same 7-day policy applies to bundles. A refund covers the full bundle price. Individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately.
Subscriptions — monthly
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscription payments are not refunded for partial months.
Subscriptions — annual
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 14 days of the most recent renewal date. Contact us within that window and we will calculate the unused portion and issue a refund for it.
After 14 days from the renewal date, the annual fee is non-refundable for the current period.
Exceptions
We handle unusual situations on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing content you purchased, or if there is another exceptional circumstance, contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
